Standard Ground Delivery
All in-stock (non-special order) complete orders will ship within 3 business days via UPS in the continental United States. All out-of-stock items will ship within 3 business days after the receipt and compilation of the order items. Items are not guaranteed in-stock so please call to check availability if expedited shipping is your preference.
Delivery and Handling Charges
Delivery charges for orders shipped within the continental U.S. will be added automatically when you proceed to checkout. Some large or heavy items may have additional shipping fees attached. Orders consisting of multiple items will hold to ship complete unless otherwise specified. Multiple shipments may result in additional costs.
Delivery and Handling Charge Exceptions
Some of the handcrafted and one-of-a-kind items require special packaging and shipping arrangements as well as additional insurance. These items are not subject to the standard delivery and handling charges noted above. Exceptions are noted on the product page.

The Material Possessions Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from Material Possessions. If your order fails to meet your expectations for any reason, please contact us immediately to enable us to address and correct the situation for you. If you need to return any regular merchandise, we will be happy to do so within 14 days of receipt for exchange, refund, or credit (excluding delivery and handling charges). However, personalized, non-closeout, custom ordered/special ordered and used items are not returnable. Items not in stock at time of purchase must be special ordered and are subject to returns only at the discretion of Material Possessions. After 14 days, no returns of any kind will be accepted.
Please insure and ship your return merchandise, with the information requested on your original packing slip, to the address shown on your packing slip. We recommend insuring your return shipment, since we cannot give credit for items that do not arrive, or arrive damaged. Shipping Errors and Damages
Please call us right away at 1-847-446-8840 (Monday - Saturday, 10:00 am - 5:00 pm CST) or email us at email@example.com if your order arrived damaged or if a packing error occurred; please provide us with your order number, name, address, and a description of what happened. We will let you know what to do next. If a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately; your credit card will be charged for the second shipment, but you will be credited for the original item including delivery and handling once the return has been processed.
Depending on the method you use to return the item to us, it can take up to 7-14 days for us to receive your return. If you placed your order with a credit card, the credit will be applied to your account and usually appears on your statement within one billing cycle from the time we process your return.
