This October, Material Possessions invites shoppers
to their Chicago and Winnetka stores to view stunning jewelry from Susan
Blake and meet the designer, Susan Novogrodzki, in person. For fall, Susan
has launched a new jewelry collection based on streamlined, sensual shapes
that exude a contemporary femininity. “I don’t
believe in anything too overt, overly designed
or fussy,” explains Susan. “Women today are looking for jewelry
with an elegant simplicity that can take them through all the facets of
their lives. They also want pieces that they can purchase for themselves.”
To address these needs, her newest collection (on display at the Material
Possessions trunk show) features different themes and items, all of which
showcase her design sensibility, knowledge of producing the finest pieces
at affordable prices and her ability to add a completely original dimension
