Standard Ground Delivery
All in-stock (non-special order) complete orders will ship within 3 business days via UPS. All special order items will ship within 3 business days after the receipt and compilation of the order items.

Rush Delivery
Please contact the store at 1-888-241-1190 for product availibilty and pricing on any rush order. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for rush delivery. Rush delivery is not available for orders shipped outside of the continental U.S.

Delivery and Handling Charges
Delivery charges for orders shipped within the continental U.S. will be added automatically when you proceed to checkout at roughly 9% of the merchandise subtotal. Some large or heavy items may have additional shipping fees attached. Orders consisting of multiple items may not ship at the same time, nor in the same package; delivery and handling charges will be charged on a pro-rated basis if multiple shipments occur.

Delivery and Handling Charge Exceptions
Some of the handcrafted and one-of-a-kind items require special packaging and shipping arrangements as well as additional insurance. These items are not subject to the standard delivery and handling charges noted above. Exceptions are noted on the product page and the charge will be added to the shipping fee when the item is added to your shopping bag.

Freight Surcharges
Heavy and oversize items may be subject to a surcharge in addition to the regular delivery and handling charges listed above. Any freight surcharge will be noted on the product page and the charge will be added to the shipping fee when the item is added to your shopping bag.

White Glove Service
White Glove Service is delivery to you that includes unpacking, initial room placement, and removal of packing materials. This service is only available on items where "White Glove Service available" is listed in the item description.

Shipping Outside the Continental U.S.
Material Possessions is able to ship most items outside the continental U.S. Since the shipping charge will vary based upon the weight, dimensions, and destination of your particular order, we cannot calculate the cost until after you have submitted your order; therefore, you should ignore the shipping charge that displays when you place your order online. We will notify you via email once the delivery cost has been determined, and we will not ship your order until we have received your approval of the expense. Please note that express shipping is not available for international orders.
