No. In fact, we have several thousand items available in-store,
many of which are limited edition or unique, one of a kind artist
pieces, making our Material Possessions Retail Stores a 'must
visit' when you are in Chicago.

What is
your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase
from Material Possessions. If your order fails to meet your
expectations for any reason, please contact us immediately
to enable us address and correct the situation for you. If
you need to return any regular merchandise, we will be happy
to do so within 14 days of receipt for exchange, refund, or
credit (excluding delivery and handling charges). Sorry, personalized,
non-closeout, custom ordered, /special ordered and used items
are not returnable (see Non-returnable Merchandise below).
After 30 days, no returns of any kind will be accepted.

You will receive email confirmation upon shipment of your

We protect your email address. We never rent, sell, or otherwise
distribute your email address. Opting in to our mailing list
is for our internal communications only.

GIFT REGISTRY
Does my
registry show gift purchases?
Yes, as shoppers purchase gifts directly from your registry,
your registry will indicate both the quantity purchased and
when your gift select has been fulfilled. Note: If shoppers
do not select items from your registry, the registry cannot
be adjusted.
How long
will my registry be posted after my event?
We maintain registries for up to one year after the event date,
unless specific alternative arrangements are requested.
